They get a 2 because I feel bad and everyone there was lovely. I gave the same instructions I give to other local hairdressers but they just used a shaver and now I’ve ended up looking like 2004 Euros Wayne Rooney. Not good.

First haircut for my son and daughter, son fell asleep and daughters was perfect, have been nervous as they have curly hair but lady was great. Oldest had her hair fully chopped and couldn't be more happy.
