Started dealing with this company in December. Girls in the office where helpful and I understand supply issues but after 3 months received damaged/glue back together wood. Wreck it Ralph must load the trucks in the warehouse. Was offered to return the wood to recieve replacements the following week but after the debaucles of the previous months we have decided to make do with what we have. Would have liked some form of compensation for the wait/goods received. I am having to compensate my customer for delaying his holiday and lending him one of our own vehicles which could have been rented elsewhere. Anyway major changes needed to quality control.

Overpriced delivery based on total material spend. Poor quality packaging. Damaged goods. Poor customer service. Poor delivery service.

Great service, great food and a nice clean room. I'd definitely recommend.

Apparently this buckle is within tolerance for £180 sheet of wood. You would think when a customer is spending £1000s per month customer service would be better and they would rectify issues..

Be careful! I was meaning to place an order here and had one of those ‘I’m certain I did that already’ moments. I checked my records and didn’t have any confirmation of the order so assumed I was mistaken and placed it again. It transpires that all Morlands order confirmation emails were marked as spam by Google, and I had ordered double the material without realising. I understand this is my mistake, but Morland have been completely unsympathetic about this issue. The one star review is for how Morland have dealt with me following this. Also of note: There is a 5 star review here by someone with the same name as their marketing manager, which may or may not be a coincidence.

I don’t know what other experiences other people have had, but I have nothing but praise for the quality of the furniture board and the customer service. They also offer collection from wales.

DONT buy without serious inspection THOUGH this is only half safe. HAD to cut 2 to get clean edge covered offset , GUTTED once film came of many manufacturing faults craters runs , TO LATE NOW. £800 of poor super expensive stuff.NEVER AGAIN.

Placed order for 10 aluminium trims, wanted 4 locker trims as part of the same order out of stock, i will oder later, very happy with items received, will definitely order in the future. Shame about paying double delivery
