Arnold & Self Removals and Storage

I would like to express my thanks to Arnold & Self, for how they managed our storage and eventual move in lockdown. The survey was carried out with full awareness of social distancing - thank you Mark. The office staff, particularly Debbie & Emma who coordinated the move & storage despite their own logistical problems. The removal team who took our items to storage.But particularly Dennis, Gerald & Sash who moved us in lockdown and were very careful to follow covid guidelines which really reassured us. I cannot recommend Arnold highly enough - very professional - thank you

I can't recommend this team enough. I moved from South to North London last week and was taken care of every step of the way.They arranged to come out on site a few weeks early to quote and see the initial space. The quote was extremely reasonable and competitive in the market. We then had someone come in the day before (Gordon) to pack up everything and then, on the day, a team of 2 (Will & Chris) moved us in. I've heard so many horror stories of moving in to a new place but Will & Chris made the experience hugely enjoyable. They even picked up a piece of furniture from my sister's place (not on route) and took down some built in furniture in the new place free of charge.If you're unsure who to use for your next move, pick these guys!

I booked Arnold & Self to do a packing and removal job on the 17 & 18 January 2020. Two guys arrived very punctually on the Friday to do the packing which went very well which included taking apart some of our furniture. On the Saturday a team came back to move us from South West to South East London. They were very efficient, polite and I really liked that they reassembled the furniture and that they came back to collect the moving boxes once we had finished with them. Not a single breakage too. Recommended.

Absolutely fantastic removal company.!From the office staff especially Debbie who is super helpful to the removal men that were just amazing! The packed everything so carefully and were so clean and tidy also putting down plastic sheeting to protect the floors and tidied so well. When we then got to the house we were moving into they put everything in all the rooms exactly where we wanted it and nothing was too much trouble. Not a single thing was broken, I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great, reliable removal company that you can complete trust.

The team at arnold and self were very professional from the very beginning. We had the full packing service which includuded all beds being dismantled and rebuilt in our new home. One bed was slightly broken and another was a triple bunk bed! Both were rebuilt in perfect condition, the guy who did this (sorry i forgot the guys name who dismantled and rebuilt the beds) was a secret genius! All very hardworking and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Used the team for our recent move who were excellent from start to finish. Fair price, quick move out, slower move in due to some very tricky access at our new property but they navigated this and called for further team members to support with no extra charge. Very supportive to make the necessary arrangements beforehand, every interaction was positive. Will be using them for some bits that need bringing out of storage. Great team, thank you for all your help.

A&S provided an excellent removal service for us. We were impressed by the attention to detail in the preparation; both in visits to the 2 properties well beforehand, & on packing day. On move days (complicated due to a hoist & large items) the team were hard-working, reliable, friendly. However, after the move a couple of issues arose. When we contacted the MD to complain"

Arnold & Self basically performed miracles for us. We are very impressed at how unphased they were at every stage of the process, for example with awkward and heavy items of furniture.We used their packing service and this was essential for us. Two of their guys managed to pack up all of our possessions in one morning - it would have taken us days. It’s quite mind boggling really. I should also mention that speed did not come at the expense of care, they made every effort to protect our possessions.The office staff seem very organised and are available to talk on the phone.
