I've been a customer for 11 years now. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The new manager Alex has the place running well and efficiently. A nice atmosphere to shop in for sure. Would highly recommend wether you're new in the business or not

Very friendly helpful staff and excellent prices but availability lets it down. Quite regularly lines can be out of stock for up to two months

Visited the Preston store today as our usual store was closed unexpectedly, but what a lovely surprise it was. we were instantly greeted by Alison who was so helpful and even apologised on behalf of the other store and made sure we were looked after including a hot chocolate which was just what we needed after the long drive , the manager Alex then came to speak to us and once again was super friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome , and finally Lochlan was so so helpful and friendly , it was such a nice atmosphere full of staff that genuinely cared about their customer’s experience, even though it’s 30 minutes further than our usual store we will definitely be back at Preston Hancocks , thank you so much guys

Definitely worth a visit, staff are polite products are cheap as chips.. cheaper then anywhere else I have been.. even aloud children to walk around which most don't.. one of lads shown an let my little lad have a go with the till scanner.. and treated to some sweets! Be back again in the future for sure!

Lots of descent offers of sweets and confectionery. Clearly labeled which sweets are suitable for vegetarians.
