Can’t really comment on the actual work as never received it!!! Needed two cars having work done - first one i spoke to a young lady when I popped in and asked for a quote - wrote my number down and said she’d call me - never head anything. Needed my other car fixing a few months later - emailed them but never got a reply - passed the garage so popped in and spoke to a slightly older woman who took details of relatively simple jobs and said she’d call me! That was 3 weeks ago! Had to take to another garage which I found locally and they were great! My family in law have used Merthyr road several times but they’ve now lost their custom too! ALWAYS call your customers back! Not hard to do. Maybe your work and all else is great judging by reviews but I never got to find out!

Excellent service, fair prices, very professional and helpful. A great team who went the extra mile for me on this occasion. Have always had good service and would recommend them without hesitation.

I have used Merthyr Road Garage several times and always been impressed by their quality of their work, with great customer care.Today, they did a full service on my car. Until now, I'd had it serviced with Mercedes. Merthyr Road Garage have done a great job; value for money is exceptional. The level of customer care remains exceptional, Highly recommended.

New cam belt broke it’s been a hell of a week but think we’ve resolved the problem and i am thankful for this, Currently finding away returning our vehicle back to the garage to be checked over.(I’m told this is very unusual for this to happen)Garage was helpful in say they’d sort it, It’s much appreciated.

After using many of the garages in the area, and getting friendly with them... I still didn't get much of a service. Car would be left with them for a week on most cases, go to pick it up, and still hasn't been touched. But after going to merthyr road garage, they fit you in, do the work on the day, and keep in contact with you. Not the cheapest around, but excellent service. Using them for a good few years now! Just wish they were able to take my motorhome, its a nightmare to find the same service!

Great garage and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I will use them again. Better then main dealers.
