I have never been to the hairdressers before, so wasn't 100% sure what i wanted. Jenny really helped me decide what was right for me and i am very pleased with the result. Had a lovely bit of banter too. Whilst my hair was being washed I got the best head massage too. I'm definitely inclined to go again.

Absolutely amazing salon! Only recently started coming here and there’s honestly no looking back! Every experience I’ve had is nothing but warming and welcoming, they really look after all their clients and it really shows! I’ve never loved my hair more, massive thank you to Jeni Aldridge <3

First off the salon is beautiful! Eryn was amazing and so sweet. Really pleased with my haircut :) Also head massage, complementary shoulder massage and coffee were really good. Highly recommend and would defo come back!

Had my hair cut and coloured today, I was told that they may not be able to get my hair particularly light due to having coloured it at home previously, no problem, but as I had dyed my hair over 2 months ago it's not something I had been told before. Foils put in, no difference in colour. Had the smallest amount taken off the length, even though I had asked for it to be taken off the length as well, as growing it out for my wedding next year. The hair was only cut at the end and only an inch off. Came out of my appointment with my hair almost exactly as I went in but £176 lighter. Can't believe it cost me £57 for an inch off the ends. I have to say I am totally disappointed with the service, am looking for another opinion from someone who i know and trust, and I most definately won't be back again despite having a nice experience previously. Completely and hugely over priced, and if I'm honest a waste of time

Had an amazing experience with Grace. Took the time to talk to me about my needs and did exactly as discussed & I love it!! Salon had a lovely welcoming receptionist.

Had a haircut for the first time here, but not going back anymore. The cut result was good, and I had a wash of hair with a little massage by someone else who didn't cut my hair. What did not made me go back is I was asked to stand throughout the whole cut because my height was not compatible to the hairdresser and I was asked to stand so that she can cut my hair. I could not bare to understand I paid to stand to get a hair cut, for the first time in my life. I looked around and found stools and asked if I could sit on the stools which allow her to cut my hair. I did not mention my unhappiness on the spot as I do not want to be a difficult customer, and it is my first time, and will be my last. Also, there must be some chemicals on shampoo or any product they are using, I had itchy scalp after and lasted for a good two months to get rid of. I had one itchy scalp before, using one type out of many different types of hair shampoo long ago and shamefully I faced the same problem again this time here in Indigo Hair. Sorry, but I do not have other reasons to come back anymore. Thank you.

Erin was so lovely and took such care with cutting my hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend getting your hair cut from Erin! :)

I had my hair cut today with Adele. It was a really big deal for me today after suffering with telogen effluvium and hair loss. It was a hair cut that I dreaded having but needed to be done.Adele couldn’t have been kinder and really listened to my concerns and advised me what should and could be done. I’ve left the salon with a really lovely “hair style” and can now feel happy again when I look in the mirror. She will probably never know how much I appreciated her today. But I couldn’t recommend her anymore highly. Thank you!
