Sadly resorting to a Google Review as there is no obvious capacity to make a more constructive complaint to Macdonalds. Had an almost comical trip through the drive thru at the weekend.. literally everything we wanted to order was off the menu. We asked for alternative veggie options to the out of stock McPlant burger and the first server advised that she knew nothing about the veggie options followed by the second server suggesting a chicken and bacon salad! The Veggie deluxe we have had in the past has turned into two random veggie dippers and the sauce we paid the mighty sum of 50p for wasn’t in our order.. absolute shambles.. think the store may be in need of some adjustment on stock and some increased staff training! One to avoid!

Not enough staff, cust inside waited 30 plus mins for takeaway food. Some got refunds. My food was onthe counter for 10 mins before I questioned what it was . No one had shouted my number. My good was luke warm.

If you get that nice and early, we'll make freshly clean grills and the staff are happy. You will get an amazing service and good food, but it can be a hit and miss

Genuinely awful. We have never had a good experience here, from missing items in our order, to bad service and cold food.The final nail in the coffin came from a 25 minute wait in the drive through queue for a mcflurry for our daughter, only to be told bluntly that they weren't doing ice cream today. No apology, no notice at the beginning of the drive. This was followed by a further 5 minute wait just to get out. Terrible.

I have to share this. We have travelled to get to Torquay Mcdonald's, due to the attitude behaviour and darn right Rudeness of Newton Abbot staff. I asked a simple, Why is the Mcflurry machine still broken" 3 weeks on

Pretty decent McDonald’s. Food was good and the service weren’t bad. Didn’t have to wait long for our food. Found it clean and well laid out, I will definitely use again.

Ordered a triple cheeseburger and a coffee, waited 14 minutes before my order came out. (They seem to prioritise the drive through customers). I didn't check my order(my bad) but it was a double cheeseburger and it was cold, coffee was warm. Think that my food had been on the shelf for a while. Disappointed.

AVOID USING THE DRIVE THROUGH. None of this would have been an issue if I had the time to sit and eat in, as I could have gotten my order rectified, however I figured as i was in a rush, i could go to the drive through and get my order instead. You know, being McDonalds and all that. Well I wish I didn’t. It took half an hour for me to get my food, only to find that my £6.59 Mcmuffin had turned into a sausage patty in a bap! Of course I found this out whilst I was driving to work so had no way of changing it, and even if I wanted to the rediculous wait meant I had little time. Really not too happy that i got an item worth significantly less than what I paid for. I did call and the chap on the phone was lovely but I was told I would have to go in by 2 o clock, which isnt feasible as I am in work. Shame really. Won’t be coming back.

Can't fault it. Food was hot and quick service. The employees was smiley and polite. Toilets was clean and had hand soap. Nothing to complain about here!

Not a complaint about the restaurant or the food but seriously needs addressing about the drive thru causing sooo much back up of traffic! If they had a member of staff out there directing them around the small car park all of this could be avoided! Sort it out cause it'll cause a mass accident one day
