Always helpful and friendly and happy to reserve dog food for me when I visit Bath. Very glad this kind of pet shop still exists and hasn't been replaced by the chain superstores.

Lovely lady named Elise helped me when I had some Giant African Land Snails to re-home. She was polite, friendly and happy to help, and now has six living with her.

I love this shop!. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly and the prices are completely reasonable in my opinion. The animals in their care are very well looked after in my experience. I bought my first Bearded Dragon from the shop and I was very impressed with the amount of information I was given by the staff in relation to Collin's care. I would recommended this pet store to anyone.

I've shopped at both the Larkhall and city branches and have always had polite, friendly service. The free local delivery is really helpful and reliable and, from looking around, the prices generally seem very reasonable for a local, knowledgeable, friendly and independent store.

Lovely little pet shop with a wide range, plus they get items in for you if they don't have what you want. I wanted parrot toys and they got wooden foraging toys in for me instead of the normal plastic things with mirrors!!

Ordered something to collect it from their branch in Larkhall, Bath. When I went to collect it from Larkhall I was told it's not there so I went to the branch in town and I was told after almost 10 days waiting they could not get hold of the item that I ordered, but even though they had my contact details they did not even bother to give me a courtesy call to save me all of that hassle, disappointed!!!

These guys are great. Really friendly and helpful staff, seems to offer high quality products and strong on animal welfare (I notice there are very few animals for sale at a time with good living conditions - this isn't a production line). Product prices are reasonable for an independent place - you get what you pay for - and after-sales service was impeccable.

I love this shop because it is a small, very friendly, independent family run business. You get personal service and good advice, all things you can't get online directly.Yes some of the prices may be more than online, but how long do you have to wait? Can you phone up and pop in straight awayl? Does your item arrive damaged, or later than you paid next day for? All the things I have experienced online. You get what you pay for and if we don't support local High St businesses then we will all be complaining then.

Lockdown lovlies! Mike saved my cat delivering a new cat flap superfast, super friendly, working out a correct social distancing way to measure + make sure it was the correct fit. He regularly delivers me giant sacks of dried food, always conveniently.
