Have been working out of the offices for a number of months, and also rent some storage space. The standards and service are excellent. Location is central and easily accessible and car parking, office space, cleanliness, kitchen and toilet facilities are first class. The price is extremely competitive and offers great value for money. The service offered by Chris and Craig who manage the facilities is absolutely first class; always welcoming and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Had a 40 square foot with Storage Giant Oldbury already but needed extra storage as we were moving house. Amy and Craig were brilliant and sorted us out a 70 square foot unit with no probs. We’ve gone with Storage Giant because they were cheapest around and also the friendliest. Cheers guys, highly recommend!

Enjoyed great service from start to finish! Following a fantastically priced online quote and because they returned my phone call after I had missed their opening times (oops), I was happily able to view, sign up for and begin moving my belongings into storage the very same day. Most importantly I was able to view a variety of available units before making an informed decision with zero pressure. Thankfully, no query was considered inane. I was impressed by how pristine the units were and was also very pleased with locks being provided for the units as standard. Conveniently I like the colour of the unit doors and found that to be a positive too. I am very grateful for all the help I received and for being checked up on when it appeared I may need assistance. I could not have hoped for better having never utilised a storage unit before.
