Wanted a boiler and two radiators replaced as well as a shower moving. Wasn't sure about this so contacted Andy and he couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us advice and a quote quickly and filled us with confidence from the experienced way he spoke. Both him and a gentleman name Jack carried out the work in one day. Both very friendly and did an excellent job with the work, couldn't have asked for better. After a few days we've already noticed a difference. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for this sort of work to be done.

The premier heating and cooling team were very punctual, professional and efficient. My new boiler was installed in great time and my house is heating much quicker than before. I couldn’t recommend the team enough. Will be using them for all my heating and plumbing jobs and were now booked in for having air con installed ready for summer 2021!

Despite the good reviews on here Andy wasted my day by not turning up to complete a pre arranged survey so my experience is not a great one. Thanks for wasting my day. And if anyone wants further proof of Contempt of Customer just read Andy’s response it will tell you everything you need to know as a prospective client

We live in a large 7 bedroom house where we' were constantly feeling cold especially through the Winter months. Andy installed 2 x 55Kw boilers 2 weeks ago to replace our existing old boiler. The difference is simply unbelievable!! The feeling of the house changed overnight and the added bonus is that our gas bill has almost halved. We believe the installation will pay for itself in 2 years.Andy and his team worked for 5 solid days until 7.00pm most nights. Their workmanship is an example to any heating engineer with all pipes parallel and fully insulated. All pipes are marked up and identified so that any future heating engineer can quickly identify how the heating system operates.A thoroughly professional team, who are faultless in everything they do. I fully recommend them to anyone requiring any type of heating be it residential or commercial.
