Totally useless every week my mans prescription is the same yet since registering here they have.nt once got it right ends up standing for a hour or has to go to doctors as they havent ordered right or make him feel like a druggie waitin for ages sending him for cups of tea while they try to sort out what is supposed to be ready every week

Not to bad pharmacy can be a bit slow considering you see loads of staff members in the back but staff are nice and eventually get prescriptions sorted

Dears Dunfermline have dealt with all my Pharmacy needs since opening.All staff are professional, polite and friendly.Molly is the star of the show for me who is all of the above with a lovely welcoming smile.My 6 weekly repeat prescription is arranged in a professional and organised manner with easy communication between Dears and my Doctor at Bellyoeman Surgery if need be.I have run out of medication and Dears sort it out quickly and efficiently.Don't delay people, go to Dears today.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. PRESCRIPTION TOOK 4 VISITS TO BE CORRECTLY FILLED.ITEMS OUT OF STOCK.POOR SELECTION OF STOCK.ITEMS MISSING.PRESCRIPTION FILED INCORRECTLY.LONG WAITING TIMES.LONG PRESCRIPTION FULFILMENT DURATION.LONG QUES.SLOW SERVICE.INCORRECTLY TRAINED STAFF.INADEQUATE PREMISES, SIMPLY TOO SMALL TO MEET NEEDS OF COMMUNITY.TELEPHONE NOT ANSWERED FOR DAYS..STAFF BLAMING HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS FOR THEIR OWN SHORTCOMINGS.ABRASIVE ATTITUDE FROM STAFF.INADEQUATE CUSTOMER PARKING AND DISABLED FACILITIES.SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO READ THE ISSUES WE AS A COMMUNITY IN OAKLEY HAVE TO ENDURE USING THIS PHARMACY AND UPGRADE THIS FACILITY.
