Josephine's Nails

I gave this salon a try, and I was not impressed, the standard of hygiene is well below par, tools used on clients prior to me were not sterilised, no disinfection used on my hands prior to treatment, the jar of nail tools were all dirty and caked in nail dust, no sanitisation of the work area, no gel bottles were on any shelf neatly presented, but just chucked in a drawer. My gel polish that I chose was not correctly used, I can still see through the colour, a third coat was needed, and she proceeded to moan when I wanted a bit of glitter on every nail. Nail salons should be hygiene rated like food shops, and this one would be below 1, due to the fact of the cross contamination risks and lack of cleanliness and hygiene!! Never will I return there again.
