Topping and Company Booksellers Bookstore is a huge bookstore in Bath with a big variety of books. I loved the ladders that they put for the high shells and the little notes that help you find exactly what you are looking for. Also, they made a stand with books related to Palestine and Israel.People that work there are very helpful. I totally recommend it.

Love it! It is like stepping back in time. It has an atmosphere that makes you want to read! A great selection of books and lots of nooks to explore. There is comfortable seating if you want to browse through the books before buying. Love this place.

I ordered a birthday gift for a family member that lives locally, since I live out of the country and have always loved Toppings & Co's beautiful stores. The staff hand-wrote my gift note and individually wrapped the books in beautiful wrapping paper. I wasn't expecting this personal touch and it really made the gift feel special despite my distance. Thank you for the care.

Brilliant bookshop in Bath situated in a lovely building. Can get very busy at times but staff always have the time to be helpful. Very clean and dog friendly too! There are also book clubs you can join here.

Lovely space! Shame that the shelves are too high: impossible to read the titles if we don’t want to use the ladder. Great feminism and history section! Great to be able to sit out.

This is a wonderful bookshop. There's a huge selection of books, well organised in a beautiful shop. There are ladders so you can get to the books on the top shelves. The staff are lovely and they offer you a tea or coffee when you buy a book.Is it the best bookshop in the world? I don't know cause I haven't seen them all. But it's the best I've seen and I've seen a lot.

A book lover's haven with amazing selections in a wide range of subjects! I was impressed with the many beautifully bound books in the classics section which are rare finds in other commercial bookstores.The sliding ladders to reach the high shelves are a nice touch as well! 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to shop for books and souvenirs during their visit in Bath.

There are many fabulous shops to be found in Bath, but this was one of my highlights by far. Besides being a beautiful building, the shop hosts a broad and high quality range of fiction and non-fiction. Perfect spot for hours of browsing.
