There are no words to describe my experience with this letting agency, it was simply my best experience as a tenant. Peter was an exceptional landlord with a heart of gold from the first day I moved into one of the properties to the last and even when I gave him reasons not to be so benevolent towards me he decided to be and for that I wish him the very best the world has , both for him and hid family. As for the house, it was always in good condition and whenever we made him aware of a problem in the house, Peter quickly found a solution. I hope in the future to live in one of his houses again.

I stayed in one of golden let properties run by the landlord Peter Chang. The landlord is a very friendly and approachable man. The property is extremely clean and the other guests in the house are very friendly, I would go as far as saying it was like being part of the family, everyone respected each others space.
