Great experience to see days of old, both prehistoric and historic way of living and inventions of iconic people.A small museum but worth a visit if you in Cromer

Super tiny little museum. Good addition to trip to Cromer but not quite the main point of the trip.

Lovely local museum. Well worth a look. Ask for the Queer Norfolk leaflet to explore the LGBT+ historical links. Anna Gurney and others. Oscar Wilde stayed at the Cafe de Paris hotel. There are still ghostly remnants to find.

Quite disappointed in what was on offer for the money . After a quick look in the 3 downstairs displays in the courtyard we ventured upstairs to find NOTHING!Remember going before and seeing plenty of exhibits.Other larger museums charge the same price. So if you want to waste a fiver and half an hour looking at elephant bones and photos of dead fishermen then this is the place for you.

A very nice little museum focusing on the prehistoric times and the life in Cromer. Higly recommend a visit during the summer holidays. The museum remains closed during the winter.

Great local history museum which gives you just what a local museum should; dog friendly, a bit of geology, a mammoth, oldest footprint discovered outside of African continent; photographer Edith Edis I’d never heard of, with some great portraits. Well worth a visit.

Nice museum, friendly staff, but really not worth the nearly 9.00 for one adult and a kid, it took about 10 minutes to look round.

Lovely little museum. There are 5 townhouses of exhibits. After 3pm the entrance fee costs only GBP2.
