Service was inattentive and grudging, the staff seem unhappy and uninterested in helping their customers. The products represented a good selection, however.

Great selection of cutlery and kitchenware, very helpful knowledgeable staff. It was quite busy when we visited and an extra shop assistant would have been helpful

Amazing kitchen shop. And surprisingly good value considering it is very centrally located in London. Tip: I have often found the same item here much more cheaply than at John Lewis Peter Jones across the square so always work looking here as well!

I ordered a couple of items online on Monday and received them beautifully packaged (& gift wrapped) by midday on Wednesday. Wow, actually amazed by that.
