This location has only just opened so is still being set up, almost no signage, you need to go through the china palace door to enter. By appointment only. Very efficient once inside, will be great when they've finished setting everything up

Once you find the place it's stright forward.There are no in your face post say this way. Apart from one which does not face the railway station. But once you get there they open the gates s 8am. You then have to go through a part like customs at a Airport.All the staff seem to be helpful.

Loved the process, was seen even before the time stated and finished in 10mins. Every easy and quick.

Did application on line and booked a appointment for collection at London office.My appointment time was 15:45I arrived at 15:33 and was quickly directed to enter building … through security….I was given a form to fill out ( literally just name and Pex number … which is sent to you via confirmation email on your original on line application) and a piece of paper with a number on to be called up for your “interview”.I was called just as I’d finished filling out the paper form , and handed my new passport within 2 mins. Asked to checked the details.Walked out of the office by 15:48I was just renewing a old passport for New.Staff all friendly. Very efficient/ easy service.

Not awful for queues

It’s impossible to get an appointment online. If you have a twitter account search for UK Fast Track & Premium Passport Appointments, follow them. You have to select push notification option. Every time there are appointments available you will get notification and you can click on it, go in the Q and select appointments. It had worked for me. We drove to London Passport office, Liverpool passport office but they didn’t let us in without appointments. To everyone who is on Strike: There are billions of people without drinking water or a warm meal a day!

Highly organised environment with very professional and welcoming staff, starting from the Guards at the door giving guidance while smiling, to the security checks , to the person who gave me the ticket while smiling , to the person who processed my application with very good manners; They have all been very efficient and polite. It hardly took me maybe 5min to apply for my son's passport renewal.

Following an appointment on 13th April, I got my new passport through the door today. Super quick, brilliant service. I'm not sure of the name of the gent on window 24 that day but he was so kind and friendly, put my nerves at ease immediately and I am so grateful to him.

Was very late for appointment, due to getting completely lost but staff all really nice and understanding and was seen straight away THANK-YOU.
