Midland Toilet Hire

Guaranteed disappointment, time after time :( bad servicing, bad accounting and even worse excuses.

Have to agree with the previous reviews about the service provided by this company . Weekly empties although advertised were very sporadic with them being non existent unless chased up some months . No replies to emails were received when issues were raised . No apologies are made . Very rude and unprofessional service !! They continue to charge and expect payment even when service isn’t provided . Invoices were still sent and payment expected even when we had asked for the service to stop as we were fed up of chasing them for weekly empties . They haven’t even bothered to collect the unit off our property. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid this company !!!

Honestly don’t bother wasting your time. Only gave a start because you have to in order to leave a review.

I have used Midland for construction site toilet hire for nearly 11 years now. Their service has always been good. Just like any provider they do have issues now and then but in the main, the toilets are clean when delivered and well maintained during the hire. I have always found their staff to be very courteous and helpful.
