Not a bad post office, you have to make sure you're clear about what you want and if they get it wrong re-explain it on the off chance and they sort it. Sent at least 30 packages through them and also did my warm homes discount through them last year. They didn't know how to do it and I had to explain it but to be fair to them they only opened last year. You can't expect people to be an expert in everything.

Worst post-office ever. Sometimes open at Royal mail times sometimes not. I think staff make up their own rules, like I can't send recorded if I use my own stamps.. Avoid like the plague

Place seems really disorganised, lack of care and attention. Their prices are different to Royal mail website. Had an email to say my parcel was ready to collect so went out straight away. When I got there was told there was no parcel. Got home and just found out my parcel had been collected by another driver. It was in the shop for 14 mins. According to tracking details parcel arrived at 15:43 and was retrieved at 16:07 on same day???Probably an honest mistake, but this really wasted my time as took an hour to walk there. Most likely put in the wrong pile something.

deadful customer service, need extensive training as not aware of what services are available. not even had any stamps to sell, recorded delivery posted to my address which wqas at the back of the envelope saying from, terrible, dont even bother going there, 1 star is too much
