Overall we had a very positive experience with Loftplan. The work was done to an extremely high standard and everything was managed really well without us having to get overly involved (which is what we wanted). The builders, plumbers, electricians and carpenters were all highly skilled and overall really nice people. Anything we needed done as an extra was supported and arranged and all costs were up front and accurate. We paid exact quote and any changes we made (because we wanted something different) were communicated up front and costs were exact. We had one thing on the snag list and it was fixed quickly. We would absolutely recommend Loftplan to anyone in future from our experience. Thank you.

I am exceedingly pleased with the loft conversion that Loftplan have just completed at my home in Godalming, Surrey - the team have exceeded my expectations. They provided expert guidance and suggestions right from the start, which ultimately made the project even better than my original vision. The craftsmanship and attention to detail demonstrated by the entire crew was outstanding. Particular mention to Chris who performed the initial structural work - a true craftsman. Also to Bob and Kevin (Project Managers) who were both very accommodating with respect to additional works I requested. Every aspect of the conversion was executed with precision and care, from the structural work to the finishing touches. The quality of their work is evident - I would not trust my home to anyone else. The team was highly skilled, but they were also incredibly professional and respectful - and maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the project, minimizing any disruption to my family's routine. Communication was excellent - they kept me informed / updated at every stage of the project and were always ready to answer any questions or any address concerns. Loftplan have been really amazing from start to finish. From the initial consultation right through to the end , everyone involved were professional and did a great job. Dean and Dave who carried out the initial phase were great to have around and were super friendly, even answering a barrage of questions from our son who loved seeing what work had ben done each dayOverall , transformation to our house has been incredible and the space will definitely be enjoyed.

Loftplan completed a loft conversion for us and we would highly recommend them. From the first time we met Alan who provided the quote and initial designs, we were very impressed by their professionalism and honesty. The quote provided was absolutely stuck to was exactly the final price paid. Throughout the build we had quality tradesmen who were extremely friendly, polite and courteous. The first phase Supervisor visited on numerous occasions and checked the quality of the work and he was brilliant at picking up little things here and there that needing changing, things that we would never have known needing doing. The second fix supervisor was equally brilliant and more than happy to accommodate small design changes and again, he had a real eye for detail meaning that the overall quality of the job was first class. Loftplan pride themselves on quality workmanship and although we wanted the works done as quickly as possible, Loftplan didn’t rush or compromise on quality and we are glad they didn’t. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the result, the communication between the tradesmen, the supervisors and the office staff. A huge thank you to Nicola, Alan, Bob, Kevin, Jim, Ian, Shaun and Alan among the others who made such a great experience all round. We would highly recommend.

Loft Plan have done an amazing loft conversion, it's totally transformed our home and we gained a whole 2nd floor level. They came up with a very creative design which gave outstanding results. Very good quality result and it went through very smoothly.

First off, we are over the moon with our loft conversion which has given us a lovely multi-purpose room for relaxing, exercising, and occasionally accommodating guests.After a friend’s recommendation and getting quotes from similar companies, Loftplan came out on top with respect to professionalism and competitiveness in price.The teams at Loftplan worked with us every step of the way, keeping us informed about the process and next steps.They were friendly, respectful and completed work to a high standard.In detail, Chris and Barney, who built the dormer, were super skilled, tidy and impressively fast.Bob, our supervisor for the first part of the build, was brilliant in giving good advice and double-checking everything and so guaranteeing the outcome we had imagined.A special thanks needs to go to Nicola at the office, who patiently dealt with any queries and made sure that the last stage including the snagging went smoothly.Andy made sure our staircase was fitted with precision and speed. David did an amazing job fitting the banisters, doors and skirting boards, and Steve took thorough care of the roof works. From Adam, the plumber, to Ron, the electrician, everyone did their best to optimise the amazing space we have gained, and which we are now thoroughly enjoying.The beauty of using Loftplan is having competent professionals coordinated under one roof.

After getting 3 quotes to have our loft converted, we decided to go with Loftplan. They weren't the cheapest, but after the initial meeting with Alan, who listened to our requirements, we felt confident they would do a good job. Roll on a few months and we now have an amazing loft conversion that we are very happy with.Loftplan took care of everything, and we were kept informed at every stage of the build. Any queries or questions were always answered promptly.The teams and supervisors that worked on our loft were all very friendly and hard working. A special thanks to Martin the carpenter who is a master of his trade. His work and attention to details were outstanding. Loftplan were excellent from day one sorting out our loft conversion. They planned it meticulously and all the work was carried out as expected and on time. All the guys who came to the house were courteous and well mannered - it was a great experience and we now have a stunning master bedroom instead of a murky old loft!

After a few unprecedented delays due to Covid 19 and shortage of some materials, we have finally had our Loft Conversion done! There have been some ups and downs, but we got there at the end! Loftplan team has been amazing. All the guys have been very professional, hard workers and lovely all the way through. They have made the process less stressful.We are so happy with our new master bedroom and en-suite. Loftplan has done a good and beautiful building work. They really listened to us and considered our requests from the beginning. They also gave us some suggestions that we took onboard and as a result we got that extra space in our house the way we wanted.We are grateful to Loftplan team for doing their very best and making our house a better place.Thank you!!
