Had my car in for couple of new tyres couple of weeks later driving on the motorway car starts vibrating and pulling to the left pulled on to hard shoulder wheel went up hard shoulder a down an embankment. Had to get one of my friends to bring me wheelnuts. Long story short wheelnuts were not torqued on one wheel. Phoned up to complain and kept getting told I would receive a phone call as manager on holiday still waiting 3 month later will never use these guys again.

Incompetent idiots. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY MECHANICAL ISSUE. Took my van in with a dpf issue and after two weeks I get my van back, cost £800 and a day later the same issue arises. Took it to a mechanic I trust to find out they didn't fix anything, removed parts of my engine that shouldn't have been removed. He said its the worst repair" job hes ever seen."
