Had an unlimited card for a while now, the website has always been easy to use and booking tickets is always easy, connects to my google calendar so when a film is booked it goes into my calendar which is good.Tried 4DX before and not for me, it may have just been the film I watched but the chairs moved around in a way that did not correlate with what was happening on screen. The escalator and or lifts do seem to break down every now and then the last couple of years going here.Overall good service and the unlimited card is worth it if you are watching at least a couple of films at the cinema a month.

We did not have a good experience. The men's loos were out of order and the sign said to use the disabled loos, which were disgusting. The cinema had no air conditioning and was very hot and un-comfortable. The seat was not clean and had some liquid over the chair.

Expensive even at pensioner rates and why do you have to add a booking fee? You don't do anything! Coffee machine not working and escalator not working on the way out. Won't be rushing back. Film was good though and chairs comfy.

Great Cinema. I went to see a 'secret cinema' screening, and the film turned out to be The Creator. We were treated to free slushies as part of the experience. My only complaint (and this is at all cinemas across the board) is that I wish they'd reduce the cost of the food by at least half.£11 +, for a coke and 2 bags of sweets?Other than that, I always have a good time at Cineworld Cheltenham.

Normally I wouldn’t rate a clean and modern facility so poorly but this comes from the frustration that this theatre is located on a first floor and the elevator and escalator have been broken for well over a month making it IMPOSSIBLE for those who are wheelchair bound or suffer from mobility issues. There is no access to a proper stairwell and have watched seniors struggle and nearly faceplant trying to get down. No notification of the inaccessibility when buying a ticket online either. At the very least they could communicate this better or even advertise why this has been broken so long. Either way, a poor excuse.

It's average to my experience. iMax is good though. The toilets are not well maintained and stinky (every time I visited there)

Another visit to the cinema in Cheltenham for a viewing of the new Disney Pixar elementals movie absolutely fantastic experience. we did the full shabang with popcorn, sweets and drinks. Awesome movie recommend watching it. Fantastic venue now all the work has been done and the staff were nice will be back soonCineworld Cheltenham is an experience we all need to have. I went to see the new ant man film and snacks included sweet popcorn and slushy, they let you have all the flavours. Great quality film . Comfy seats and a nice clean venue

Went for 4DX and the place was amazing!! The tickets are definitely on the expensive side but with meerkat two for one is a good deal. The inside is great and lots of movie screens inside. The 4DX was great but our seats didn’t get any front spray so didn’t get the full experience but it was still great. The ice cream was great and the food choices was good too. Having some discounts for students or days will be even better.

Our first visit to this particular Cineworld and it was a broadly positive one. Although we were bang on time for our screening, there was a queue in the lobby, but staff were all very calm and helpful and they had plenty of people on hand to deal with customers, as well as a couple of self-service check-in machines. The theatre itself was clean and comfortable, but the sound was a little bit quieter than we expect from a cinema experience. Elsewhere, the till area was well-staffed with everything seemingly running smoothly and efficiently. There's a pay and display NCP car park across the main road from the cinema, although it's quite expensive. We were lucky enough to find parking in a nearby side street, which is free all day Sunday and after 6pm the rest of the week.

I've been a cinecard member since 2008 and it's really disappointing to see the cinema so run down. The lift is out of order and the escalator has not been working for over a month. The place looks tired, lots of faulty seats, toilets out of action and where the escalator has not been working for so long is dirty and covered in squashed popcorn. A real shame and embarrassing for Cheltenham!
