Visited Tonbridge store today with my daughter. The female staff member was absolutely brilliant. She had not long been down from Newcastle . Extremely helpful courteous.

Unhappy with the service received. I went in around 3 weeks ago to get some film developed and asked for it to be sent to me on email. It had been 2 weeks so I called and the staff member said it would arrive soon. Normally when I go to snappy snaps it arrives on the same day. I called yesterday to explain I was confused where it was and the man on the phone cut me off whilst explaining. I normally have great service here so quite disappointed.

I recently used this store to get two canvas photos printed, I was served by jigs and I can honestly say I have never had such an amazing service by anyone else before she went out of her way to help me find what size would be best for both canvas prints and made them on the same day for me, she was polite, understanding and just amazing in general, thank you jigs

Went in to get new passport photos taken. The shop assistant was lovely letting me take a few shots until I was happy and then explained the process of using the online code really clearly.

Great service, needed some passport standard photos for an elderly relative, who had trouble working automated self-service machines previously. Hence took them to Snappy Snaps this time.Staff were on hand as we entered, therefore promptly seen to, adequate time spent taking photos & allowing my relative to approve chosen shot.Photos quickly printed & trimmed to size / placed in a presentation wallet + digital code issued for ease of online applications.More than happy with the service.

Great service, the young lady they had working there was super helpful. Had to print loads of promotional mugs and coasters last minute for a project with work and even though she was super busy she helped me get everything done when she absolutely didn't need to.

Note to self. Do not use this shop. Why do I always go back? Dreadful quality prints. Dreadful customer service. Overpriced for basically badly cropped photo copies that you have to spend ages editing yourself - then they print them in ‘auto’ mode and drop off feet and heads. Truly awful experience
