These guys are simply amazing...I had loads of questions about the process and options for about two weeks prior to my appointment the guys where super quick to reply to my emails and always nice and helpful, I eventually booked myself in, dropped the car off for a color change. The only down side is that it takes 2/3 days however there is a lot of work that goes into the process so I didn’t mind.These guys are very competitive on the pricing and given the quality of service and the end product I couldn’t be happier, car was returned to me in perfect condition and the wheels look great... if your looking for any repair or color change work you must use these guys, you won’t find better service or product, I’ve used others in the past and these guys wipe the floor with competition!

Model of efficiency .... Booking the repair was quick and easy due to an extremely helpful lady who answered the phone, Josh communicated well and arrived on time. Very personable guy, did an excellent job and made sure I was happy with it. Whole process was very simple and made for a totally satisfactory result .... no thanks to Halfords who damaged my 2 wheel rims whilst fitting 2 new tyres and AFTER they assured me no damage would be done to the rims during tyre removal. I am grateful to Prestige for restoring them to new !

What a brilliant service.I had a crack in my alloy, i found these guys online and booked.I was emailed and texted a date of appointment.Tom arrived at a good time in the morning he was freindly and showed me exactly what was going to happen.The whole process from weld to putting the tyre on took about 20mins!Highly recommend this company. I did a lot of searching and review checking before I went with Prestige for my new alloys. Shaun was very helpful and helpful with the technical bit regarding size, width and offset.Minor hiccup with the delivery which was not Prestige fault but they were very helpful with the tracking too.Final result is very pleasing.Definitely recommend Prestige.

Awful ongoing experiance.Originally booked in for my alloy wheel refurb and had a date booked. I had booked off work to ensure me and the car is available. No repair man arrives and the entire day is wasted. They had rescheduled me at 6pm that day, and moved my appointment to later in the week.I cancelled my rearranged appointment and requested a refund... Still one week later they have not processed it and are not releasing my funds.I have called in every day and they constantly give me another excuse.The wait continues until they release my refund.Truly terrible service

Amazing service from the first phone call! Taken in for a rim leak repair today, in and out well within the hour estimated, the ladies on the phone and when making payment were fab, 5star service from them. Just had my Merc 5 star alloys refurbished in high gloss black and I have to say really pleased with the finish. Although the wheels had previously been painted black the finish did not have the same high gloss appearance and depth of colour. (previous refurb was simply a spray and lacquer done by garage from where I bought the car). Prestige Wheels have done a great job which you can see from the pictures, I am particularly thrilled with the finish of the brake calipers in a ferric grey colour which set the wheels off. I'd personally recommend them. Also keep look out for special offers on their website for payday deals I got £20.00 off per wheel.

Had my wheel damaged by Halfords who reached out to Prestige for repair.I tried my best to be courteous and was fine waiting 2 months for the repair to be carried out as they we’re struggling to outsource it. However.The wheel was refurbed to a poor state and the centre cap wasn’t even refurbed. (So will now never match in colour to the rest of the wheel even if I get it refurbed) you can also see a multitude of pitting and two thick unsightly runs across the rim of the wheelThe valve was also damaged and “sealed” to the point where an independent refurb shop said they would never touch it. The carnage of sealant on the valve in the photos speaks for itself. What kind of professional is happy leaving a job looking like that?This leaves me in a spot where I’ll have to fork out £1000 for a new wheel in future if something was to happen.Got back in touch with Prestige and they’ve completely disregarded the issue. The man I spoke with was so inconsiderate and nonchalant. To the point my partner walked in from the other room asking me if they were being serious…Very disappointed, and looking at other reviews I see one very similar with a Halfords claim.So looks like if it’s not your money paying them they don’t care about the issue or quality of work.Just left very disheartened in a worse of situation for damage I had never even caused to my own property to start with

I had a wheel repaired due to halfords tyre fitter causing damage to the wheel finish. The wheel was picked up repaired and dropped of a few days later, the finish on the wheel is incredibly poor and now totally different too the other wheels .problem reported prestige wheels who then organised to pick again and drop of again but the wheel has come back in exactly the same state .I can't believe the poor standard of work. I shall have to take the problem up with halfords . I hope review can help anybody else make an informed decision about what company to use for wheel repairs second picture is of finish on other three wheels first picture is of the returned wheel after second attempt, third is the small damage caused to the wheel by halfords .Update thankfully halfords have paid me compensation for a new wheel!

I was recommended to Prestige Wheels by my local garage. I had cracks in one of my alloy wheels. The cracks were repaired quickly and efficiently for a fair price. The staff were polite and helpful. I would be happy to recommend this business to anyone.
