I have been trying for months to terminate the will storage contract. Paid in full wrote letter as instructed by them but still no confirmation of monies received , or how i get my Will returned only constant email addresses given to head office .Kingswood office can't confirm anything. Shocking service.

I am very shocked by the bullying tactics of this company and their lack of professionalism. I have just paid for a will that is not correct because I have been threatened with extra fees if I do not. When I asked if I can leave the company now, I was told I signed an agreement to continue to pay for them to hold details. As the person below, I have to pay further £42.00 to cancel with them and put this in writing. I still do not have a correct will. Shocking. Please research this company fully. Avoid at all costs. I wish I had read reviews.

My husband and I had a really good experience with this company. Swasy who came out to see us about writing a will explained everything to us that we needed to know Gave us lots of advice about things we could do .He was really helpful. Not pushy at all .we had no problems at all .we would definitely recommend this company, and would definitely deal with them again. .Thankyou so much

Having read several comments it's no surprise.I pay £25 a year and have done for 20yrs approx which I realise is ridiculous.I received a call today from wds saying my standing order for 2022 and 2023 hadn't been received,on checking on line banking it was paid and then refunded.I stupidly payed them £50 which I now regret.Cant imagine any competent company waiting this length of time to contact a client.I recently contacted them to alter our will.As requested I completed this request in writing and signed letter .Today I was informed they hadn't received the document and I'd have to resubmit my request..I've decided to close my account and have our willCompleted locally

We met with Swayze a couple of years ago to get my father's power of attorney set up and met with him again this week to put things into trust. Swayze is very helpful and makes it all easy to understand. Both processes have been very straightforward and we would highly recommend WDS to anyone needing to get any life affairs in order.

I have been very impressed with the service form WDS so far. I just had a meeting with Lance, Senior Consultant who was very knowledgeable, clear and gave us the information we needed to proceed. We really appreciated the time he gave us and for WDS' support so far.

Mike was friendly and easy to talk to, he explained everything in language that was easy to understand. I am happy with the price quoted and feel it offers excellent value for money. Communication with Mike has been good too, he replies promptly to emails and is happy to answer any questions we have.

Very unhappy with the service. And now they have sent me a letter with a large bill to cancel, and threatening to send debt collectors, yet they will not return my calls or answer my emails.

Do not bother using this firm. Despite making appointments that never materialised, I was pocket dialled by the consultant and he and another colleague were unprofessionally discussing me and my appointment. I won't be trusting them with my will writing

Mike made me feel at ease and everything I needed to know was explained thoroughly. I was comfortable asking questions. Mike appeared to have vast experience and a wealth of knowledge. Based on my experience I recommend WDS Associates.
