Entwistle Reservoir
I drowned in the reservoir and the lifeguard didn't do anything. I,however, made a full recovery in hospital.

Entwistle Reservoir
There is parking nearby although we didn't find it. There is a walk around. You can either walk around just a part, or around the entire reservoir. Most of the way is flat. Part of the path is downhill, very little uphill, and there is a bit with steps up. You can see the reservoir most of the way around. In dry weather it is mostly dry.

Entwistle Reservoir
Beautiful place to walk at anytime of the year and day although quite low levels today but that means to see a different side to the reservoir. Many different walls that can be done here not just around the reservoir itself. There are routes to the other linked reservoirs and a moderate amount of parking although be careful on the road in and out as passing is hard and there are deep gullies at the side of the tarmac.

Entwistle Reservoir
Went for a lovely family walk over Easter bank holiday weekend. We originally went to Jumbles but it was that busy there was nowhere to park so decided to try Entwistle which was about a further 10 minutes away. We are glad we went though as it was much quieter and we were able to enjoy the walk with much less people about. It is lovely and clean and very calming. There are a few benches along the walk around the reservoir and a few small areas closer to the water that you can get down to if you want to like we did. Well worth a visit if you like walking and nature.

Entwistle Reservoir
The most beautiful of all the local reservoirs. I regularly walk from Holcombe to Entwistle via Moorbotton Road then up to Chetham Close and down to Jumbles. Entwistle is by far the most stunning of the three reservoirs in the area.
