I had loads of bad experience, never go to their office on your own they'll gang up on you, won't respect or even professional They never deal with issue problem I had included damp they just brush it under carpet even environment health demand to sort the problem but never did now house not their problem but still I get that grudge of them as I never got given the bond back which was rightfully mine even bondright company's confirmed it with them cornerstone got the hand of it which they refused to give it back since and I wished I stayed with swift they even better than this stones . Please guys do not bother go under their company it's not worth a risk . I'm baffled how they still going. Cornerstones were easily one of the worst and most unprofessional letting agencies I ever dealt with. They were always incredibly unhelpful and always tried to blame tenants for issues rather than help resolve a problem. Our problem with the office didn't even only happen with an individual, as a collective each member of staff we interacted with were terrible.I would highly reccomend both landlords and tenants to work with anyone but cornerstones.

Great experience with the team at cornerstones carmarthen. Have been tenants through them for 5 years with no problems. Very friendly, professional and helpful.

Never returns calls the attiude you get when you call them back and ask to view a place and dont mention anything to them about bond scheme to them and you go in there and ask to view a place and the first thing they ask are you working what that has to do with viewing a place i dont know very dissapointing

Absolutely awful. These agents make up the law in an attempt to frighten you into doing what they say.They claim that as soon as you are in rental arrears you lose ALL legal rights. Do not listen to them.They peddle each others lies to make it sound more definitive.Never speak to them on the phone unless you are able to record it (apps are available to do this). Keep everything in writing.

Donna and the team at Cornerstones are professional, efficient and friendly.They came to the rescue after my relocation to Wales was almost thwarted by a totally incompetent letting agents ( Keys Property Management), who almost cost me the job I was moving for.Donna and the Cornerstones team treated us like individuals, and through their honest and efficient hard work they managed to do more in 48 hours, than the other agents did in 3 weeks.I cannot recommend Cornerstones enough. They rebuilt my faith in Welsh letting agents and are a credit to the industry.If you’re a landlord or a potential tenant, then Cornerstones should be the first agent you contact.Thank you Donna and the rest of the team, because of you my little family has a lovely place to live and I’ve been able to start my new job on time.

Awful experience - avoid and demand all communication be in writing. Serious doubts over GDPR compliance.We met the landlords and everything was fine, we talked about a 12 month contract and both working etc. Comes to dealing with the estate agents and because one of us is self employed they seemingly panicked and accused us of withholding info from the landlord which is nonsense. They then clearly went and told the landlord which made her nervous. People move because of new jobs all the time, there is literally no logical reason to be nervous about anything...They did no affordability check and for some reason ignored our savings as affordability, neither could they read bank statements as they claimed they couldn't see our bills and so assumed we were bills included. I literally had to screenshot and circle SHELL ENERGY. This is DESPERATELY CONCERNING when these people are meant to be drafting legally binding contracts.We were told the landlady was shown one of our contracts which we did not give consent for and should never have happened. The estate agent is required to perform the affordability check and inform the landlord that yes we meet it or no we don't. We have no idea what other information was shared without our consent.The estate agent clearly told the landlady that we had agreed to a guarantor and paying rent in advance, which we never did, we agreed to consider them as options, so then we were made to look unreliable to a landlord because they were clearly saying one thing and then another.When the offer came for a 6 month contract the agent was incredibly rude on the phone telling me 6 months was standard in wales and I'm an expert in welsh rental law am I?" The point the gentleman seemed unable to grasp was that a "standard" contract is NOT THE CONTRACTUAL MAXIMUM ALLOWED

Atrocious company. Don't fulfil their legal obligations, tell lies to tenants and landlords, and awful unprofessional attitude. Whether you're looking for a place to live or to rent out your property, avoid Cornerstonesedit: no you've never dealt with me directly, but you've dealt with my loved ones, and you've been completely incompetent and dishonest through and through
