It says clearly on site that the shop opens at 5 a.m on Friday but the staff did not want to serve and the excuse was that they open at 6 a.m. Why don't you correct the timing? Or please speak to your staff to follow the timing. Hopefully this get fixed soon. As many early morning workers like get affected due to this. At the end i did get the breakfast from next Costa coffee. Cannot rate the food as i couldn't try but for customer service i would rate 0.

ABSOLUTELY rude staff I walked out straight over to Costa coffee instead. Indian looking gentleman at greggs unhelpful just rude unpleasant , i am my from south east Asia my self not being racist but trying Describe him. however I do love Greggs foods I would avoid using this shop at tilbury services
