Very lovely & helpful staff at Hollybrook car centre. They allowed us to come and view the car in the evening and have a test drive. Very informative on the vehicle and really welcomed out family so we felt at ease when viewing the car we wanted. They even delivered the car on the date we wanted at no extra charge which is incredibly helpful for us! Highly recommend Lee & the guys here. No hassles whatsoever & a very smooth sales process.The garage was easy to find and had lots of lovely cars to look at.Our family is over the moon with our new car. Late as always.. Bought the car last month from here. Service was absolutely brilliant. We came from london to get the car. We had a phone coversation for 30 minute before we came here.. And thn the day we came n collect the car which took only another 30 minute... They know their business, knows the customer care. Everything was so quick n done with an ease. The car... I had the pleasure of purchasing my car from Hollybrook almost 1.5 years ago. Their professionalism and honesty were impressive.Recently, I brought my car to a local garage to change the rear brake pads for normal maintenance. I was shocked to learn that two of the brakes didn't work when I collected my car, and the garage refused to explain anything, only saying that a very expensive part is faulty and asking me to go to the manufacturer to replace it which costs over £1500.Feeling helpless and frustrated, I contacted Dave at Hollybrook for advice. He went above and beyond, contacting the garage and working with a trusted mechanic to figure out the issue and the possible solution. Dave and his team even helped me book the garage. The garage was professional and diagnosed the issue, ultimately fixing it.I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Dave and his team. Their willingness to assist me with this issue was truly appreciated, and I cannot thank them enough for their help. Hollybrook is the best car dealer I have ever worked seen. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and caring, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I’m not one that particularly leaves reviews. But I thought it was a great time to express my opinion after dealing with Hollybrook car centre.I had been looking into an Audi S1 for a few months. I had attempted to buy one previously from a different garage, because of my young age I was very quickly declined and brushed aside and wasn’t even aloud a test drive!I stumbled upon these guys on auto trader as I found the perfect car with all the specs I wanted. I gave them a phone call to see if I was able to test drive the car. Although I really liked the car I just wanted to make sure it felt comfortable and right for me. They very happily accepted my request and got me down very swiftly to take it out for a spin.After a very nice test drive, I stuck a deposit down for the car. The guys there were super understanding as I was just about to jet off to Portugal so they held my car for longer than they would have usually which I definitely appreciated.The process was extremely smooth throughout, and I am extremely grateful to all 3 of the lads that didn’t judge me for my age and looked after me respectfully and professionally.Thanks to all 3 of you (I’m awful with names) and all the best in your outstanding business.

Can only recommend the team at Hollybrook. Buying a car when you don’t live locally can be challenging - with Hollybrook it was straightforward and easy. I couldn’t get to see the car for 2 weeks but after paying a deposit the car was reserved and when I did get down to Southampton the car was everything the advert said it was.
