I order from these guys online all the time, can't beat them for service, but it was very cool to actually go into the store. Friendly and helpful staff and got what I wanted.

Vape Store in Reading, just along from side door of M&S is pretty good to be fair. I’ve been in here several times now and have found the products I want. The staff are friendly and helpful and share recommendations be them their own or customers: just ask what they recommend. The vape liquids on offer are pretty good and high standard/quality. The vape tech: tanks, kits, all in ones, coils etc are good. It’s a bright vibrant shop with quality products and great staff. Yep - recommended.

I have stopped buying online as I get excellent service, quality products and a good loyalty scheme. The only effort you need to make is to go to the town centre. It's worth it.

I was served by Eliza and what a credit to your store she is. She is so patient, friendly and welcoming. My partner bought me a device as a gift, but i wasn't with him when he got it. I went back as i was finding the device too powerful and it was making me cough and felt like it was burning my lips. Eliza remembered my partner coming in and buying it. Eliza spoke to me about different device's and different liquids to try. Her knowledge was fantastic on all the different types of devices and liquids. Eliza's customer service is absolutely amazing and she went way and above. She never pushed me into anything and i never felt like i was rushed. I could go on and on about the customer experience, she has been great. I will continue to recommend your store to family and friends.

Best Customer Service ever in this shop. Always helpful and very keen to resolve issues if you have a problem not like other places where they just fob you off just so you have to purchase a new product. They take the time to help you.
