Had a poster printed with Warwick Print and it was a lovely experience. The staff are kind and supportive. They kindly reprinted my poster free of charge when there was mishap with the delivery details. Very recommended.

I would not recommend if you have other options. The quality of the printing and binding seems to be fine, but the customer service is way supbar. They recently either completely lost my printed and bound thesis, or lied about having completed the job entirely. Not sure which, because they kept claiming the printed thesis was either with the Postroom on campus or in their own offices, yet it turned out it was in neither place. They ended up reprinting and binding the work, with no explanation as to why this had been necessary, and no apology. Very disappointed.

Excellent!!Would highly recommend using this business. I ordered a large banner for a scaffolding. Jo and the design team were so professional and their constant communication was really refreshing.The banner was very well designed, affordable and completed in a really quick time. I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The quality of the work is fine when you can eventually get it, but the inept and rude way you're treated -- told lies about when it will be finished, emails not answered, no kind of customer care at all -- makes it all a horrible experience. So bad it's almost comical.

Have been trying to get hold of someone for over 6 months, no answering of telephone and no reply to email. How can anyone say they have good printing if you cannot even speak to someone?

I would highly recommend Warwick Print! They were so helpful, and the turnover time was incredibly fast. The gentleman was kind enough to wrap my document in plastic because he didn't want it to be damaged by the rain. A+++ service!
