JULIA'S CLEANING

I found Julia’s services through google. She did moving in cleaning for me on short notice that too on weekends at same rate. She was very kind and polite over the phone. They traveled out of their catchment area to do the work during these covid times. The girls worked very hard to clean as much as possible. Julia’s team even came back later to rectify minor things I noticed without any extra charge. Her work was reliable, prompt, good quality at reasonable rate. I would definitely hire them again.

After reading reviews about how rude Julia could be, I knew I needed a phone call before I booked. And she did not disappoint! All about wanting money, wasn’t patient enough to listen and answer my questions. I’m so happy I didn’t give her business 1 penny. Such a horrible rude business owner. Learn some manners, communicate properly and maybe your business with be more successful.

I had a bad first experience with dealing with the company, and hope they learn better customer service! Simple changes like being clearer about protocols, and contacting customers through more than an email would be a productive start. A severe lack of professionalism, and I am glad I took my business elsewhere.

Julia's cleaning company has been serving us and cleaning our home for over two years now. Recently they also helped us deep-cleaning our old house after we moved. Julia's crew is efficient, always on time and very competent.

Very bad services. unable to complete the job on time and demand more money. Also very rude staff. Liars. kmt!You guys are liars. It’s unbelievable.You came at 8am then finished at 11am and you didn’t leave till 12noon cause we was waiting for the police. I have texts messages, videos and police reference to confirm the time.Why you saying that I owe you 1.5hours money? This is what I mean, Julia is a thieve for money and a liar.And also my bank card went missing, this ain’t the first time your staffs have stolen little things from my house, it’s embarrassing.And the only reason police couldn’t do anything about it it’s cause they said it’s a civil matter not a criminal case but I don’t have time to take you court so you can keep the money and feed your family cause clearly you need it.Very bad service, unable to complete task on time then demand money money. And Julia is very rude.

We have been using Julia's Cleaning Company for many years now. They always pay attention to our requests and their cleaning standards are good. The deep clean that they undertook recently after building works was excellent.

We used Julia for our end of tenancy deep clean for which we were quoted £180. This sounded reasonable for our 2 bed flat in NW London so we went with it. The girls turned up an hour late but to be fair to them did a pretty good job. The reason I am sharing my feedback was because of the horrible experience we had with Julia when we wanted to pay the balance. As we had already left the property we trusted them to finish off & be on their way but no, Julia phoned me asking for more money & wanted £224. When I asked why, Julia got very aggressive & shouted down the phone at me, I was trying to calm her down so we could have a conversation but it was no use. She threatened that I would need another cleaner as the cleaners were 'going to mess the place up!!' I found this shocking treatment as I hadn't refused to pay, I only questioned why she had put the quote up after the agreed price. This I feel is a fair question as I don't think it right to put prices up after an agreed quote. Note, this was not an estimate but an agreed quote.Eventually I asked to speak to somebody else, called Luana as found it impossible to communicate with Julia. She was great & explained that the cleaners needed extra time as they had underestimated the time they thought they would need. I paid the extra but promised to share my experience. Moral of the story, be careful as they may give you a 'quote' then make out it was an 'estimate' at the end & charge you more with abusive threatening behaviour. I was stay well away!
