Can be difficult to order food from as they are always busy! One of the top chippys in Lisburn with a great range of food, that is well cooked. Staff are always friendly, whether you order over the phone or in person! A favourite of mine.

I ordered a fish supper, the batter was beautiful as was the fish but the fish portion was very thin, not alot of fish if I'm honest, unfortunately the chips were barely warm, I visited at lunchtime so no excuse for the chips.

Hunt's Traditional Fish and Chips
Splendid fish and chip shop. I had been past before but had never tried it. Just last Saturday I had the pleasure of trying it. Their fish is very fresh and lightly battered (none of this over frying business that other chip shops do). The staff were very efficient indeed and they take card. The chips are lovely and soft yet dry (as it should be) and take salt and vinegar very well. Despite the somewhat limited opening hours this chippy comes very highly recommended by myself! I for one can't wait to go back!

I have been going to Hunts for plus of 10 years and each time I go I am as equally impressed. The quality of food and service are just second to none. If you haven't tried here you MUST! Without doubt the best chip shop you will go to. Ps the chicken goujons and cod bites are a personal favourite.

Top class local chippy with very reasonable prices. The food tastes really good and it's all fried fresh. Very friendly staff that acknowledge and appreciate your custom. You can expect a bit of a wait when you go but that's a clear sign of fresh food and customers who rate it highly.

Food is freshly cooked so you'll have a wait but its well worth it. Best fish I've had for ages. Great choice and friendly service.

Updated review: yes they’ve made mistakes with orders before but in terms of quality, Hunts won’t be beaten by anywhere else. These guys cook things fresh to order. The chips were really crispy even after driving home and the chicken fillet burgers are the best.Only negatives are that the portion size could be a bit more generous and also the price - but I guess you get what you pay for. I’d rather pay for this than be disappointed elsewhere.Keep doing what you’re doing!

Great chippy. Always quality food. Children's portions are quite large so could share between young children. Really busy on Friday so order ahead if you can.
