Brought mercedes great customer service had a problem with it they booked it in the garage straight away and fixed it to a high standard can't fault them great customer service as i brought it and after definitely use again :)

What an amazing service i had from this garage i bought a nissan qashqai last week they gave me great advise and help and i ended up with my perfect car had no problems im very happy will be back next time when im due a upgrade

Absolutely a nightmare to deal with got my van 6 weeks spent 4 weeks chasing up problems , brakes were metal on metal, sat nav did not work no spare wheel and was sent on my 200 mile journey home putting my self and other roads users at risk even though these checks were suppose to be done before i picked up , now been off the road for two weeks after a leak and engine malfunction but between them and mechanic i dont think they know how to answer a phone , return calls or reply to messages seem to avoid people until warranty is up and they refuse to accept it back even though it was within a month of owning , more annoying is that these are the micky mouse companies that the finance company recommended i use, waiting for last few checks and to hear back from trading standards. Avoid them if you can and same for 24/7finance

Bought a van, sold a having service history. Could collect for a week due to van needing to have a check over and oil change.When I arrived, no service history present. Sean said the service history was at the garage where the oil change was done, over two months of chasing it and palmed off with lost in the post, oil condition checked and definitely was not changed prior to buying it. Vehicle was filthy inside.Rear pdc sensors also not working which wasn’t disclosed. Definitely would not recommend or deal with again.

I bought a mercedes eclass about a month ago. Cant thank jack enough. Brilliant service and i was well looked after. I would recommend to anyone.

Please beware when buying from this garage that used to be called cowley motors nothing but problems,they never return your calls or messages we had to drive to the garage to see them about numerous problems they never gave us a service history with the car that was stated in the advert 7 months on down the line still nothing then after ringing them constantly we finally get it in the post and surprise surprise its not the correct document for the vehicle we bought.Stay away from these people
