Booked for 1230pm I expected to wait but didn't car was started on time .Manager asked Jamie to change my tyres very polite Gentleman who performed his job without any issues. There was another man who came out I smiled at him no return gesture grumpy sod still worth 5* rotten apple won't spoil my experience. Jamie told me car was completed I must admit he was quick a pleasure to meet a fine Gentleman.

How is this guys John Ratcliffe still there??I walked in today morning, first time ever in the garage, straight away he gives me a wierd look.. I give him my car numberplate - and he gives such a dirty look to me and says you're not registered here

Booked and paid for a headlight fitting on line. I arrived on time and a staff member named J@mie said I ain't doing this for £15!". He refused to carry out the work. I really didn't expect this from such a reputable company. I did complain and did receive a refund

Can’t thank them enough checked over my exhaust which was rattling re secured it so I could go on holiday and we’re honest it was only a temporary solution and what would be needed before mot in September. Could have fobbed me off but it was a breath of fresh air to have some honesty. And then added bonus no charge … highly recommend

These people look like they have attitude problems and have never been trained how to greet customers. Giving me a weird look dose makes me comfortable to give my car in those people's hands. And left without knowing them.especially the rude man on the front desk computer.It's a long story to tell, but don't bother telling it here as I don't have enough time to share it as many people already share their one here . So it's kind of the same extremely poor and rude customer services.It's eventually closed down if they annoy people like this.Thansk.

So I had a tyre fitted her a few months ago. When I went to get a service from a garage, they showed me the tyre had been fitted wrongly, the inside side of the tyre was outside. I took it back to the garage, didn’t argue or make a fuss, just requested they change it around. The guy who served me said it would cost me £25. When I pointed out it was to correct their own mistake he said it had been a few months and that he doesn’t write the rules. Also that I should have realised sooner. So essentially I shouldn’t trust his work! When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. I called Halfords customer service who were shocked and stated they weren’t aware of any £25 cost, where had he got that from! Absolutely shocking garage, don’t trust them at all!

Great efforts made by Dean today in trying to resolve my seized locking wheel nut issue, it was cold, wet and a very miserable day yet he came outside with a pleasant and professional approach, he was certainly not deterred by the conditions… he offered sound advice and was determined to help, despite the rotten weather…Glad to see customer is service high on his agenda, great service - thank you very much!

Very rude staff (Jamie). I had a booking confirmation from the branch, and then he stated it’s not on his system, not his fault and happening all the time. Said he can’t do anything, not his fault. When I called customer service they confirmed that I have a confirmed booking with the garage and they were supposed to let me know if they can’t do it which they didn’t. Customer service asked me to walk in again with them on the phone listening to confirm the name who I spoke to and to ask if I am one of the three cars booked in for today which Jamie again said I am not. He just fobs customers off to cover the mismanagement of appointments. Back home I read the reviews, and they seem to be doing this quite regularly with customers turning up and stating they haven’t got an appointment. Also lots of review about them being rude. I must say the branch in Cotteridge has a really good service, and usually we go there but they were fully booked. Just wanted to let others know that there is a problem in general with attitude and stating appointments are not in their system when actually it’s the garage to managing them properly. Customer service was super helpful though and locked a complaint. Just book elsewhere to safe time and don’t let people ruin your day.
