I was curious about getting a FRA done for the communal area of my flats and the guy over the phone helped me out with the right service and the company efficiently delivered the job.

This is a trustworthy and very efficient company to work with. Having made a little prior research and heeded cautions, I was somewhat nervous about who potentially I could get on the web to carry out an electrical installation condition survey for my rented flat, with a view to issue a landlord certificate. There was no pressure from this company to pay upfront, unlike some operators, and there was no inclination to solicit remedial work during the survey and afterwards. I am now a happy holder of an electrical certificate, which they issued with not fuss or problems. I would recommend these guys unreservedly, based on my experience with them.

They provided very good service, taking into account the client requirements. I am especially praiseworthy of the gas engineer, Mehdi, who was very good in his approach toward us.

Prompt service, reasonable prices, friendly staff who follow things through. I have used this service a number of times and Ihighly recommend them.

Absolute jokers…was promised 24-48hrs for certificate, how ever took them5 days, received a certificate after five days but guess what IT WAS F WRONG! Had to call another company to do the fire risk assessment while dealing with these thief’s .

Never again, doesn’t honour “warranty”. Poor quality installed door lock, no response and at one point, pretended to be someone else on the phone!! Disgraceful and poor customer service! Doesn’t provide any warranty certificate so forget “warranty” as they will wriggle their way out of it when you claim after they’ve taken money off you.

Stay away. Total scam.I requested a FRA for my staircase (req by LFB) and they gave me an appointment for next they. Engineer who visited the site reassured me that I’d receive the report latest in 2 days. I called the third day as I had not received or heard anything from prochecks. I was told that they could not provide the report I wanted and they were going to refund me. I was confused as the engineer did not mention this during the visit.A week later I called to request the money that was not refunded yet. They told me that they will charge me for the engineer visit, which I did not accept as I was clear on the phone (before booking) what I exactly wanted. At that point they offered me another service I don’t need, just not to give me my money back. I still haven’t received my money.In the mean time I tried to contact the engineer to ask why they could not provide me what I wanted. He had blocked my number. I contacted via another phone and he told me he was going to get back to me and blocked that number to. Hence. Stay away.Btw. I have just received a certificate I don’t need just not to give me my money.

Contact Pro Checks at very short notice to Pat Test at least 10 items. The communication, agreement and delivery was excellent. The after care was also reassuring. I will be recommending this business to others going forward.

A genuinely great experience from using Prochecks for my PAT test. They were happy to book me in for a last minute appointment, there was no extra cost. On the day the test was carried out efficiently, I got the certificate within a day. As a Landlord, this is exactly the type of service we need. They were so professional without any hassle. I’ll be back for next years test, and will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs similar checks carried out. Thanks Prochecks!

The engineer assigned to my case was unresponsive and unprofessional, blocking my number when I tried to follow up.The company's communication was poor, with the receptionist failing to inform me that they couldn't provide the service I needed. I was also told I would be charged for the engineer's visit despite not receiving the service I paid for.Attempts to recover my money (£169.99) were met with empty promises and no follow-up. To add insult to injury, I received an unwanted report that I had explicitly stated I did not need.Overall, Prochecks demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. I would not recommend their services.
