The Range
First time i went to shop with my family..unfortunately i m so disappointed with their service..staff is unprofessional..they put me waiting in till about 15mint...then starting service to others customers without our permission...lady supervisor she said she did not realized we are waiting for serve..two girls in till very unprofessional..they nver say sorry..i left all shopping in store.....very worse experiment in my life...nver go again..shame on all staff...

My wife has never been to the Range before, So I took her along. Biggest mistake of my life. 1hr 40 mins of...ooh look at this, come look, ooh I like that. Great place for things of all kinds. Just don't take your wife lads if you have plans for the day

The Range
Genuinely one of the most painful experiences I've ever had.The chips I bought were undercooked.The coffee had no flavour, and when asked for oat milk, they put normal milk, which I had to correct them on.Not saying it's a bad shop, just a bad day it seems.

The ship was in the middle of a changeover process for Halloween and Christmas goods and to be honest was in a bit of a pickle, also the tools were experiencing issues with barcodes, so was not the best customer experience. I hope they get things sorted out. The entrance way to the store from Dunstable Rd looks terrible and in desperate need of a revamp..

Shop was okay , however restaurant was terrible , everything overpriced , staff were rude . We ordered a pigs in blanket sandwich only to find out it had 4 mini cocktail sausages with no sauce. Pathetic excuse for a sandwich. £3.99 for that rubbish

I shop regularly at the MK range and love it. I don't normally use this branch but have done a few times recently. I found it to be so chaotic, it was difficult to navagate and find what I wanted. There was stock and stuff everywhere blocking off sections. Pricing was all over the place, had to really match the shelf price to the product. The bulk items on the pallets didnt really have obvious prices. The shop was really hot too and I couldn't stay in there long. I left without buying anything and will continue to use other branches
