Nice big store with a good cause. Reliable and good prices. Esp book lovers, game lovers and music lovers. Also lot of clothes and toys available too. Must vist for some fast shopping.

A charity shop that refuses donations!?I turned up with 3 big bags of clothes to donate, admitably minutes just before the closing time of 6pm. The doors were locked, and the staff/volunteers were just assisting their final customer at the till. They mouthed through the door they were closed, I suggested I'd leave them by the door for when they leave. As I was walking away they opened the doors and said they can't take donations now as they are closed. It's now 6pm at a 6pm closing time. I said well whilst they've got the door open shall I just leave them inside for tomorrow. They said they can't do that as they can't process it now. I said no problem, can I not just leave them here though and they can be processed in the morning as after all it's still donations? They flat out refused to accept the donations. I then got a bit annoyed because I'm trying to donate to a charity which will ultimately serve a purpose for any clothes they can sell on to raise funds for those in needs and these staff members/volunteers just won't allow me to drop the bags off. I explained that they are literally a charity refusing to take donations. It's 6.06pm as I finish typing this, having just got back in the car with my bags. Very disappointing that a charity will suffer due to uncooperative volunteers/staff. Having actually managed a charity shop as a paid staff member I cannot believe this has happened as I would never of turned away any donations in my time nor allowed volunteers to do so either. You take as much as you can get.

I'd love to see more big charity shops like this. Lots of good furniture and loads of bicycles. Staff are friendly but often not at the till when I need to pay. I think they need more staff basically..

I've just been tossed out of the store, having already been in there for 10 minutes, by a woman shouting at me, 'You shouldn't be in here. We're not open.' This was despite me having walked in their open doors, at their opening time of 10am, past several members of staff. She continued, shouting, 'We're not open till 10.30, I haven't got the staff,' and I was then herded out the door.Don't think I'll bother waiting the 10 minutes before I'm 'allowed' back in.

Helpful staff great merchandising

Silly prices. Charging more than retail for some of their homeware. Needs to seriously reconsider their pricing structure
