absolutely appalling service, had no issues with them for over 7 years until I was given notice to move out due to the landlady selling the property then they done me out of my deposit and made up loads of faults to keep my deposit, eventhough another Estate Agents took it over to sell, very bad service Avoid Avoid Avoid

The guys on the team helped us find our dream home. It was a nerve wrecking time and we had been looking for a while, having hit a few snags we thought we'd never get through it. But when I met Joe, he assured me he would help us through the buying process. And he did, thanks Joe!

So far so good. After nearly 2 years of renting a place from this agency I have to say that I am very pleased with the services provided.

This company is embarrassing. I have moved out and they have stopped replying me and my housemates about our deposit

This letting agents was great until our contract ended. we didn't give a months notice so had to pay the extra month, no problem. They then stuck on a couple of hundred pounds on top of this for costs to 'clean the flat' including a fee of £45 to clean an oven and £30 to vacuum and clean the house (I'd already done the floorboards, there was just some slight bits on the stairs). Didn't get much help towards the end of the contract. Also, the receptionist was hard work, could hardly hear her over the phone, no receptionist skills and had little knowledge over the workings of the business.

Used these guys for over four years to manage my properties. They done a great job in all aspects of Landlord Property Management, including finding and managing/supporting tenants; property maintenance and rent services. They have an excellent financial reporting system too. But above all else they are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and get back to you when they say they will
