Phone was fixed really quick and the quality of repair was good. Only took a couple hours for a full repair of back camera and glass of my samsung s7 edge and the pricing was good. Staff was friendly and I'm really happy with the overall service. Would recommend!

I went for my refund, I was lectured on how I handled the situation wrong and how I should behave in all shops from now on, unbelievably rude, and nothing close to an apology. Review stays up.*My elderly neighbour brought in her tablet. For weeks she called, said they were waiting on a part. She tried to go in and take it back and they wouldn't give it to her. They told her it would cost £85 when the new battery came in. She had to leave empty handed. She called this morning telling the man that I would be picking it up today and giving my description and he hung up on her. I went in and he pretended he didn't have a tablet from her for five minutes claiming he didn't know what I was talking about. It wasn't until I announced that he had hung up on her that he remembered" he then claimed it had been "sent to the lab" in Brighton. Still broken

On holiday and my phone went blank, software issue, price was very reasonable and even better is i have sentimental messgaes on my phone from my mum who passed away so was scared was going to lose everything. He went above and beyond

Samsung S6 battery replacement. An hour or so after dropping the phone off, it was ready to collect. A first-class job had been done and the phone was as good as new. Friendly and helpful staff, and they will be my first choice in the future. Many thanks.

Had a problem with my phone, made an appointment with the guy, within 3hrs I was notified of the problem and was told it would be fixed by tomorrow. Was half the price of what apple told me it would cost, so that’s great, and it got fixed instantly.Great service and lovely guy.
