Vets4Pets - Worcester

We have been having socialisation visits for our nervous rescue dog Dolly to prepare for her vaccinations. The nurses have been patient and understanding. She had her vaccination appointment today with sedation and good understanding and went really well with minimal anxiety caused and a successful outcome. Thank you all

Absolutely brilliant vets, I've had all my dogs here for years and never had a problem with the care. I recently had my pom in with them as they thought she may have had a very bad womb and uterus infection and would need urgent surgery. Thankfully after bloods and scans she's didn't.Some people moan about the price of scans and bloods but they only match our private health care services in Worcester and that is what a vet is, a private health care for our lovely fur babies. The staff actually listen to you which is nice and you both then decide the plan of action. Thank you vets4pets for everything you do for my dogs x

This place is terrible ! If I could give 0 stars I would. I work in a veterinary practice and would normally go there and get anything I need but was passing vets4pets Worcester. I went in to get something NON PRESCRIPTION they began to tell me everything was prescription only, which is a lie and to top that off they charged me a ridiculous price for something that wasn’t even new ! My dog has open wounds and needs protection and they gave me dirty opened stuff which I obviously can not use as it could cause an infection and lead to extra vet treatment ! Not only that but there was virtually nothing left of the product ! I know I should have checked but as everything should be double signed they should have done that for me !! Absolutely disgusting customer service but then again they struggle to keep the same staff for more than a month anyway !

Brilliant vets, I've been using the team for over 4 years and I cannot fault them. My dog unfortunately has required surgery a few times but she has no fear when we need to visit them.

The service and care given to our dog Daisy was fantastic, especially Jono and Christina. Our dog had Luxating patella and Jono and Christina have been fantastic with us and Daisy, from pre operation to recovery. Thank you so much!

Have used this surgery with my previous pets. Unfortunately I’ve had to use them for out of hour’s emergency for my other cat. I’m really happy with the service. Only negative which is with all vets services is the out of hours charges. I find it disgusting that they can get away with extorting this situation as most pet owners will pay highly expensive prices for their much loved animals. They are probably many pets that pass away as owners do not have available monies to pay upfront. My negative doesn’t reflect on the amazing service i have received from the vets. The team are amazing.

This is the most terrible vet practice. I would avoid using these lot. It is all about making ridiculous amount of money. I had taken my pet in and I was told three different problems and the price kept increasing. Eventually they had given me a quote of £852. Just to treat a infection. I ended up going to another private vet and the treatment cost me no more than £120.00.Please avoid going to these vets.
