Blackberry Cars

My family used Blackberry Cars for transportation to and from Heathrow to our accommodations while in London on spring break last week. I booked with them because the cost was very reasonable for a group of 6 and they had good reviews. I am happy that I booked with them. Both drivers (to and from the airport) were very punctual and the service was excellent. I would be happy to use them again.

I arranged for pick up from Heathrow to my hotel, and then back at the end of my trip. In both cases, pick up was on time, cars were clean, and drivers were friendly. It didn't save me a ton of money compared to what a cab probably would have cost based on estimates, but it was much more convenient and saved me a lot of time and worry.

First time in London for a mediterranean cruise and found Blackberry Cars on TripAdvisor and Cruise Critic read alot of great reviews, I looked over there website and found it very easy and I needed to book 4 trips, within our vacay time in London. First I did the quick quotation,Then I was ready to book.They responded very quickly with emails with information regarding pick up at Heathrow, Our driver was Petru, he was right there on time as we were a few minutes late with getting our luggage .He was awesome we didn't have to lift a suitcase . He is very friendly and informative as this was our first time in London .The car was spotless, water, and charging port , Thank you Petru for getting us to our destinations safely.We requested him as our driver for the rest of our rides, We missed him 1 day and our other driver was also excellent.Blackberry Cars emailed all paid invoices and information, I highly recommend them . Excellent communication, there cars , there excellent service, there drivers .Will definitely use them again when in London.

Dealing with this company from start to finish was a pleasure. Any questions were replied to promptly. Cars were clean and comfortable. Drivers were very professional

If Carlsberg made taxi firms.....Absolutely brilliant from start to finish!!Quick online quote, reasonably priced compared to others, staff were perfect help on the phone and used their common sense, driver was bang on time, car was comfortable, made it home on time.Really really happy with the service..... couldn't ask/wish for anymore from a taxi service.100% recommend :)

Excellent service. Car arrived on time, and our driver was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed a smooth, very comfortable ride to London from the West Midlands. I was impressed with the service and was happy to then book again for our return journey in 4 weeks.Our driver was waiting at Heathrow when we arrived back in the UK. This driver wasn't chatty at all, but that suited us as we were both tired.Would definitely book with Blackberry again

I prepaid and prearranged car service from the U.S. for a private car from the cruise port in Southampton to our hotel in London. The driver was on time and the vehicle was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The driver was excellent and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Blackberry Cars is the best car service I have used anywhere in the world. They are prompt, courteous, almost like a tour guide on our trips in and around London and have the best prices.

Booked through the website. Driver arrived on time and in a clean car. He completed the journey safely!
