It was my first time going to Monika beauty and it won't be the last. I can honestly say I've had the best acrylics I've ever had. Fitted me in at short notice and my nails look so natural. I'm gutted that I didn't get the name of the lady that did my nails because she was so good and did exactly as I asked.

Have been going there for gel nails for a while and whilst they are always great, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I booked an appointment for 2pm today. I arrived 5 minutes early. No greating from either of the ladies working so took a seat and waited. At 2:20pm i was informed it would be another 10 minutes. No explanation or apology. 10 minutes latee and i was still waiting so i walked out. No offer of a drink or any explanation as to what the hold up was at all.

Had my nails done here and is was the worse job a salon had ever done. Waste of £45. Took the acrylic’s off once I got back home. Never going back here. Very unprofessional. Extremely disappointed with how my nails looked.

Love this colour no 137 naughty but nice! Definitely worth a visit. Lovely Bulgarian lady who did my nails. Very friendly staff and other customers were nice.

Great honest service with a great friendly Atmosphere; I had an ombré infill and this was done beautifully- would highly recommend.

I needed somewhere to get my nails done for the bank holiday and Monika fitted me in last minute. The service was wonderful and the salon was very welcoming and clean. I’d definitely recommend to a friend and will be going back again ☺️
