Staff is always polite and friendly especially Laura very welcoming, help me with my order today, best ginger cake.

Been coming here for years.Never again.So inconsistent so many staff changes.The staff where so much better a few years ago.Sometimes people want you to Order everything you want all at once sometimes 1 thing at a time.Young lad in there today maybe new so I do one thing at a time or your constantly repeating yourself. Then did what’s next and he says are you having any more rolls as we have other customers ( well what am I then?) The ladies in this place are normally fantastic but the manger just said whats going on and did nothing to resolve anything so just carried on with order and i decided no way am i asking for anything else, couldn't wait to leave and will never be back. Please head office of Simmons get rid of these young lads that are rude and don’t have a clue about customer service or what there doing. ladies are by far the best at customers service and retail. Young lads these days let us down big time. Its why i dont employ any guys in my retail Business.

Freshly made produce daily. Good selection of cakes and pastries on offer, serves coffee only as well as meals. Eat in or takeaway. Can get extremely busy at lunchtimes.

You can easily make a better sandwich at home with very little effort compared to the junk they make here. They sell them at rip off prices

Nice staff and pleasant environment, plus the young fellow behind the counter couldn't be more helpful. Food and drink is very nice too, and well priced considering the quality

I love this bakers. Always amazing freshly cut sandwiches with really generous portions of the fillings. The filled potato skins are simply delicious as are the jacket potatoes... When they don't run out...

The food from Simmons is always great quality but unfortunately the service in this branch is consistently poor. I have left the shop before now as I was ignored whilst the woman behind the counter caught up with her friends. Today I went to collect several french sticks ordered by wife yesterday to be told they hadn't reserved them. No explanation, no apology, just haven't got them. Will avoid in future.

Good coffee, good food. Lots of things sold out mid Saturday afternoon so make sure to get their earlier - but still worth to go as plenty other choice.
