A bit late in leaving a review but always knew I would :)! Simon helped us buy our property in East Sussex, sale went through in January 23! As a buyer it’s always difficult, many agents seem to favour the seller for obvious reasons! However, Simon was VERY professional, VERY easy to get hold of and communicate with and in our experience honest & forthcoming, which aren’t words you’d normally associate with this sector ;)!! Simon was an absolute dream to work with throughout the process of our sale. Despite the sale taking longer than expected (through no fault of Windward Grove), he was constantly available and keeping up communication with myself. He made sure to chase both solicitors (vendor and buyer) to ensure the sale could go through as quickly as possible and was much better at giving me updates than my own solicitor was! I would definitely recommend using Windward Grove if you're ever on the lookout for an estate agent!

Polite, professional & personable. Firstly we spoke to Zahra on the phone who was super helpful and friendly, then met Simon at the property for an open house viewing. I find some open house viewings can be quite tense, however Simon ensured this viewing was more relaxed whilst still professional and still answering all of my questions. Would recommend for sure.

Genuinely, Simon has been excellent.I began by renting my flat through Simon until the point I was ready to sell. Simon handled the key with absolute ease, and controlled everything. I never lifted a finger.We then sold the flat, again with Simon. He absolutely got us the best possible price, handled it with ferocious energy and got the sale done. If I had another Worthing property I would absolutely do it again
