Richard is a one-of-a-kind teacher who recognizes each student and adapts his classes to serve all levels.He guides and encourages each student in the classes to a better place for themselves.His classes have a patient and thoughtful sequence that helps you feel confident and move safely through poses.Checking each of your moves and positions to get the best out of the sessions.I would recommend him to any person wanting to learn more about Pilates, Yoga, Gravity Yoga or just about themselves!

Richards teaching has been brilliant and has some great knowledge and is a natural teacher. There were occasions where I wasn’t able to do certain exercises and positions and he was able to then give an alternative that made them more achievable for me. As well as this was able to demonstrate for some users how to intensify the practice based on an individuals abilities.Not only is he informative but also brings a great energy to his sessions and shows real passion for Yoga and Pilates and has helped me no end! Thanks Rich!

Richard's classes are absolutely brilliant. He is a great teacher, kind, caring enthusiastic , and very encouraging.. if you are struggling he is always there. He is very aware of what every student is doing, and always happy to demonstrate again and again, nothing is a problem.. Sometimes just seeing Richard's smiley face is a great boost for my mental health and just what i need sometimes.I always look forward to attending Richard's classes, be that pilates, balance or gravity yoga. Keep up the fabulous classes, we all love you.

Rich is one of the best Pilates teachers I have come across. The variety of classes, he provides include energy, Pilates, balance Pilates, gravity yoga, and yoga for beginners. Rich makes his classes interesting and fun. Rich is a true professional and cares about his students. His classes suit all ages as he encourages each individual to get the most out of each move which is right for them. He makes everyone feel very welcome and enjoys supporting his students to make good progress each week. I have been attending his classes for a while now and really look forward to each one. I have done a lot of different exercise over the years but these Pilates and yoga classes are great, the stretching and strength work are brilliant and help in daily life and it’s such a friendly environment. Rich always encourages us and will always demonstrate and and help you. I am looking forward to my first gravity yoga class tomorrow night.

Superb instructor

Rich’s classes were relaxed and fun, all the different stretches and exercises were explained and demonstrated and I found the class to be well structured. Rich took the time to ensure everyone was comfortable with the different exercises and if necessary he was able to adapt to suit individuals levels. I found Rich to be friendly and approachable and would recommend him to anyone.
