Long walk from the Charing Cross underground station but covered over Good facilities toilets Cashpoint coffee shops WH Smiths

The train was very late, gave no warning as to what platform or when it departs. Asked a lady about how to get on the train because the door was closed. She was extremely rude and very helpful. Told me to just get on anywhere" I hope her day goes better than it was."

I would like to thank Network Rail for the clabaration & organisation for the relentless blast on the train horns Wilstead in the fercinaty of my location over the last 6 months are more,Day are night it makes no difference.
