I have used these services twice now for a few bits of gym equipment I have. Darren the service engineer was excellent on both occasions. He is highly knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and gave a full explanation of what he's done and how to maintain the machines. I would highly recommend

Called up when my treadmill was intermittently cutting out. They answered the call quickly and arranged for an engineer to call me to book an appointment.The engineer came and repaired the machine within a week from my call and it’s working perfectly.I Can’t recommend this company enough for their quick and efficient service, and the knowledge of their engineers. Fantastic service from these guys. Purchased a Roger Black exercise bike over 3 years ago and one of the belts went just recently. Unable to source one anywhere until I found this amazing company online. Within a few days of emailing I have now purchased spare belts / hubby fitted one one of them, so now looking forward to cycling once again. So a HUGE thank you.

Called FES to look at my treadmill. After paying up front and waiting a week the engineer (with supposedly over 20 years of experience) turned up armed with a Philips screwdriver. He needed help to remove all the screws from the motor housing; stood there looking at it for two minutes and pronounced that I needed a new motor control board and motor and then he left. No other diagnostics required other than looking at it! Suffice to say if you need some gym equipment repairing look elsewhere otherwise you, like me, will be ripped off. Oh, and by the way the office staff have ready excuses as to why this engineer behaved as he did. So my advice is avoid these clowns at all costs.

Installed new JTX Fitness .. Gym Pro Treadmill. Efficient and excellent installation and on time. Lewis the engineer knew what he was doing was chatty and did a great job. 5 star service. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

Really happy with the service from Fitness Equipment Services. Their engineer communicated very well when arranging visit. Turned up as agreed. When he got here he was friendly and clearly knowledgeable about fitness equipment. After he completed the repair he took the time to explain what he had done and even gave me some tips on how to maintain the equipment.

Phoned the support line for our Reebok bike and got excellent customer service, with a spare part being sent within days and an engineer booked in. Lewis the engineer came today and fixed the bike within minutes, and also checked that everything else worked including the other pedal. Excellent service, why can't all companies be like this?!

Booked a repair through Argos' Rebook equipment helpline for our Reebok treadmill which had stopped working and was showing an error code. Lewis came out to fix the problem a week after booking. He was friendly, informative and fixed the issue on the day (as he had necessary parts in his van). He even helped us realign the belt and oil it and gave some good tips on maintenance. We were very happy with the service we received.

We had a visit from Lewis today. Just wanted to say thanks for fantastic service. He phoned the day before to confirm, very friendly, efficient, on time. A credit to Fitness Equipment Services and his trade. If customer service was this good everywhere the world would be an amazing place :)

Super service from Fitness Equipment Services. Came within a few days of my problem with a water rower. Parts ordered and fitted straight away. Matthew the repair guy, charming, friendly, helpful and very competent. I would have no hesitation recommending this company. Well done!
