The staff are wonderful. They always make the time to explain things and help with medication etc. Just lovely to have a pharmacy and pharmacists that, although busy, are never too busy to offer advice.Thank you

When you ring this pharmacy up to order your medication or ask them if they can deliver they phone lines are always busy and then when you go down to do it in person to ask why they will say we where busy but all they seam to be doing is talking

Tried to ring many times to check if the prescription is ready but the phone was not answered. Went to the pharmacy and was pleased with the customer service. Opening hours are good and convenient location. Service can be enhanced further by answering phone calls promptly.

Very helpful, open until late and have out of hours medications

They are very rude staff and don't bother putting your ordered prescription together untill your there asking for it. In most cases they don't have the medication in and tell you come back in a few days but if they had prepared the prescription ready when ordered then they would realise they need to order more meds. Do not use this pharmacy

This pharmacy saved my sanity. Following a Saturday evening visit to A&E with a serious ear infection I left with a prescription for urgent medication, after traveling to Sainsbury's in stoke-on-trent as this was showing as having a Lloyds pharmacy open until 22.00 hrs, I was informed on arrival that Sainsbury's don't have a pharmacy any more.After an urgent search on Google maps the Waterloo pharmacies in Burslem and Longton both in Stoke-on-trent were showing as open to the same late hour, and Longton is where I live, following a frantic taxi journey to Longton you can only imagine my relief at not only finding the Waterloo pharmacy open but leaving five minutes later with both items on my prescription fully dispensed.I do believe this is linked with the Waterloo pharmacy at Burslem and I do recall having this same life saving help from that pharmacy many many years ago when searching for help with a doctor's prescription for my wife.I can't thank you enough for being there when patients need a pharmacy most, medication requirements don't follow 5 day opening times 09.00 to 17.30, sicknesses strikes indiscriminately 24 hours 365 days a year.Thank you Waterloo pharmacy from the bottom of my heart.Raymond.
