Emerald Taxis

Rude and unprofessional call handler, caught ending a conversation in profanity when answering the phone, hung up when I needed a cab sooner than they could provide. Emailing them they of course denied all liability, as you can see from their replies on other reviews. Avoid, I know I will be after 12 years being a loyal customer!EDIT: THE ISSUE WAS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and rudeness, NOT the fact there was no taxi - as most businesses do have from time to time. The response however proves my point that they just deny any wrongdoing. Good riddance

20 mins late. Had to cancel. No apology, no attempt to fix the problem. Had to cancel plans. Useless.

Emerald taxis were absolutely fantastic - as a lone female struggling to locate my AirBnB, the taxi driver stayed with me and tried several different routes before eventually finding the place, despite this having a knock on effect on following pickups. I am incredibly grateful to them for their patience and help and would very much recommend them to anyone else in the area.

Excellent service from Emerald Taxis. A Saturday pickup from Manchester Airport with a transfer to the Evesham area went very smoothly. The driver was very professional and his vehicle was immaculate. Good communications from the team, from point of enquiry through meeting at the airport. Can recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UNRELIABLE, RUDE, DANGEROUS!!!!If I could give a zero star review I would. What an absolute joke of a company. The woman who was meant to be picking up the party was not only insulting but dangerous. We were at a wedding in the middle of nowhere and one member had of our party had too much to drink. The woman refused to take her and then drove off without the rest of the party (3 people). We were in the middle of the Cotswolds without signal/communication. I cannot stress how dangerous and unfair this is. Especially when the taxi was booked in advance as no availability on the night. When I asked why she wouldn’t take her she said “I wouldn’t get in that state, it isn’t my problem”. For a woman, I would think better and think of the consequences. She and this company has put many lives at stake this evening. I would urge everyone and anyone NOT to use this company. Unacceptable behaviour.

What a fab service provided, early morning collection from home with an amazing driver very professional and the same on our return with a different driver. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future. Thank you.
